ATLAS welcomes 2026 with a newly curated Afternoon Tea experience.
Inspired by the enduring traditions of European afternoon tea, the refreshed offering introduces a quartet of classic finger sandwiches alongside an entirely new collection of pastries and sweets. From cucumber and herb cream cheese on spinach bread to truffled egg, turkey with tarragon, and peppered beef brisket with horseradish, the savoury selection honours the elegance and simplicity of the afternoon tea table.
The pâtisserie collection explores a range of flavours and textures, from bright fruit and delicate chantilly creams to rich chocolate, hazelnut, and chèvre. Each piece has been crafted to complement the ritual of tea while reflecting the culinary craftsmanship that defines ATLAS.
